Shipping & Returns

WiredWicked's Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed depending on product type.  Stickers shipments typically occur once a week.  Because of this, expect to add a few days to the projected shipping time estimated at checkout.  Current apparel is shipped by a third party company.  Updates on any apparel orders will be sent from this company (Printful).

 

  • Shipments (stickers only) can be sent out on holidays and weekends.  If WiredWicked is experiencing a high volume of orders that exceeds production capabilities, customers should expect the processing of their order to take an extra 1-2 days.  If this should occur, the customer should receive and email stating the new estimated shipping and delivery date.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges will be estimated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • WiredWicked products can be shipped to P.O., APO and FPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

  • Customers should receive shipping confirmation and tracking number for orders at checkout.  Because stickers are sent via letter-mail, there will be no tracking number provided.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

  • WiredWicked is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

  • Although WiredWicked is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, customers can expect a full refund if all packing material and damaged goods from order are saved. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly to discuss and coordinate a refund or replacement.  WiredWicked is invested in the attentive care and quality of all products sold.

 

International Shipping Policy

  • WiredWicked does not yet ship internationally.  Please contact us with any inquiries regarding international shipping, as exceptions may be able to be made in certain cases (especially in the case of active duty service-members).

 

Returns Policy

  • WiredWicked offers returns with full refund only in the cases of products being damaged.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us via email to discuss potential exchanges or returns.  We will get back to you as soon as we are available!
