About emily warren
There's no easier way to introduce myself than by offering a greeting... something like, "Hey, I'm Emily Warren." Of course at first to me this seemed to be lacking, and a bit too informal for such an important introduction, whereas, "hello" is often deemed too robotic. And so it took me quite some time to finally deduce that by overthinking all these formalities, I was completely disregarding why I even created WiredWicked in the first place; to fabricate a world where all the outcasts, outliers, and weirdos felt at home. A place we could all go at any given time to escape the constant emotional drainage of reality, even if just in our heads. Simply put, I wanted to gain a following to create a community where we don't have to fit in to belong. All it takes is accepting what we have been given from the start, the foundations of who we are. There is no better way to describe such a concept other than "WiredWicked."

I won't bore you, I promise (although who doesn't like to talk about themselves?) I'll make it easy on you. I won't talk about myself whatsoever. Instead, I've listed below, everything you need to know about me as an artist as told by non-artists. And even better, who doesn't love bullet points to get straight to the point?

"An avid writer, artist, explorer, and coffee drinker. A girl that pulls inspiration from the brightest and darkest corners of life, and turns them into something we can feel and see. A lover and a fighter. And equally as important, just a regular girl from Long Island, NY who grew up loving horses and 70's glam metal."

-
"A regular insomniac when driven crazy by an idea"

"She's obsessed. Not just with art but with what she can do to make her art better. Dedicated to giving people what they really love when it comes to commissions, and giving herself the fulfillment and surprise of creating something new and outside of her comfort zone. Just when I think she's gotten comfortable she finds another way to blow me away. Now that I have your her in my life, I cant ever have it taken away."

"Admirer of raccoons and other mammals with small hands"

-
"She's okay."

-
"She paid me to write something nice."

Thank You.
I am genuinely unbelievably grateful to have such a supportive viewership and audience. If you've read this far, I appreciate it more than you could possibly imagine. All I've ever wanted to do is share my art with the world. Having people like you, who care enough to even wander your way through this website all the way up until this point, is what encourages me to continue creating. To the ones who have watched my art grow over the years, you are incomprehensibly valued, and for those of you who may be viewing my art for the first time, I hope I have the opportunity to inspire you in the future for many years to come. Finally, to absolutely everyone who has ever felt trapped within their own head, I hope my art can give you the comfort you need of knowing you are not alone, and in fact, you are the the reason WiredWicked was created.
